Fed: Beattie needs little help, says Latham

ADELAIDE, Jan 14 AAP - Queensland Premier Peter Beattie needed little help during the
state election campaign, federal Labor Leader Mark Latham said today.
Mr Latham will travel to Queensland this weekend to bolster Mr Beattie's campaign for
re-election at the February 7 poll.
"I'll be adding the message of federal-state Labor cooperation," Mr Latham told reporters
in Adelaide today.
